I did get my refund in the end, but I really had to follow up with them twice before it was sorted

As far as I can tell, everything I ordered was in the package and the sizes matched what I chose. It did take a bit longer than I was expecting, but I didn’t notice any mistakes with the order itself

The stuff is really cute, but the sizing felt a little confusing to me. And the material info was vague too, how am I supposed to know what I’m actually getting, right? I just wish there were more details so I could feel more confident before ordering.
